Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the saju reading service.

2. What is provided

From a birth date, time and place, or from eight characters typed directly, the service derives a chart and shows a written reading of it on screen. The natal reading is free; the detailed decade reading and the year-by-year reading (decades included) are sold. A buyer of the decade reading can upgrade to the year-by-year reading by paying the difference between the two prices. Prices are shown on the Seller page and on the order page.

3. Nature of the service

A reading is an interpretation under the rules of traditional saju and is not medical, legal or financial advice. Decisions taken on it rest with the reader.

4. Ordering and payment

The reader chooses a product on the free reading page, checks the product, amount and chart on the order page, and pays. No account is needed. Prices are shown in Korean won as a total including VAT. Payment is made by card, easy pay and the like in the payment window of Toss Payments Co., Ltd.; virtual accounts that wait for a deposit are not accepted. Card and account details are not passed to us.

5. Delivery of a paid reading

Once payment is approved, the order page shows the order number and order link, and the paid reading is shown when the reader presses “Open the reading”. The same reading can be opened again with the order link for one year from the payment date. Anyone with the order link can open it, so the reader should keep the link to themselves. After an upgrade, the year-by-year reading is shown at the original order link once “Open the reading” is pressed on the upgrade order page.

6. Withdrawal

A paid reading is refunded in full until “Open the reading” is pressed. After that, withdrawal is limited under Article 17(2)5 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce; this is stated on the order page and agreed to before payment. A refund is still made where the reading differs from what was described or a technical fault prevented delivery, as set out in the Refund Policy.

7. Obligations

What a reader enters is used to make and deliver the reading and to process payment, and for nothing else.
