Refund Policy

The free reading

The natal reading is free and so nothing is refunded.

Paid readings

Refunded in full until “Open the reading” is pressed. After payment the order page comes first, and the reading opens only when that button is pressed. An upgrade payment (the difference) is likewise refunded in full until “Open the reading” is pressed on the upgrade order.

After it is pressed, withdrawal is limited (Korean E-Commerce Act, Article 17(2)5); this is stated on the order page and agreed to before payment. Regardless of opening, a refund is made where:

• what was delivered differs from what was described, or
• a technical fault prevented delivery.

How

Write to the address below with your order number. It is handled within three business days by canceling the payment, which returns the amount to the payment method used. The order number is shown on the payment-complete page and on the order link.
