The free reading

The natal reading is free and so nothing is refunded.

Paid readings

Refunded in full before the reading is opened. The payment screen asks for a confirmation before anything is shown.

Once opened, withdrawal is limited. Regardless of opening, a refund is made where:

• what was delivered differs from what was described, or
• a technical fault prevented delivery.

Write to the address below with the date and order number. Handled within three business days, returned by the original method of payment.
